San Isidro 2 is a 4.2-hectare coffee farm located in the Copán region of Honduras, amidst the unique natural beauty of the Celaque National Park. Managed by Javier Armando Romero Melgar, the farm produces a special coffee with a natural processing method that offers flavor notes such as red apple, cranberry sorbet and red plum. Cultivated at an altitude of 1,200 meters, this coffee is registered with the Honduran Coffees of the West (HWC) geographical indication, demonstrating its quality with a cupping score of 85.25. Javier’s collaboration with the Aruco Cooperative, known for its environmentally friendly processing methods and socially beneficial projects, ensures that the coffee preserves its unique character while supporting sustainable production.
